Not direct job but I am currently interviewing for a position that will start remote until next h1b gets done if that fails then canada pr from same company. They'll provide all visa + relocation assistance. Pretty sure they are gonna hand out an offer from interview experience.
Got another one going on for canada based company. Same thing but generous package.
Got confirmation on email about selection in EU based company with remote till visa gets approved and later on in germany + visa + relocation.
I am from tech background with 7.4 yoe + couple of years of unrecognised freelancing.
Best bet is to keep applying as much as possible. None of the offers came from desi job portals. Its always recruters reaching out looking at my github contributions. Others came through linkedin and linkedin connections. For tech background they don't really ask specific questions to technologies. They always look for intelligence. None of the interviewers ask stupid question like "tell me lifecycle of react". They focus on real computer science knowledge. Everyone asked about data structures related stuff like graphs, trees, theroy of computation. Advanced complex problems mostly. Good place to study them is at leetcode. My job function also involves mentoring people so they also focus questions on people management, keeping team up to date with latest technology stuff, quality control methodologies that are actually used in industry not written in some age old books.
That's good to hear..most of the openings i see for my tech stack need German language as well
Alll the best. And congratulations
