I am working in TCS with total year of experience as 3.8 Yrs. I am having an offer of 14 + 1 LPA ( joining bonus ) from prod based company in Mumbai. I got selected in CTS. Can CTS provide me 20 LPA with this experience. ??

I wouldn’t do anything with them. They take a part of your salary. I had a recruiter reach out to me and we spoke on the phone and then she reached out to me a few months down the line like she never knew who I was
You generally don’t want what they got anyway. They’re business model is pretty gnarly.
That’s good! From my experience, they take a massive cut of the salary first year or on contract basis, so the person placed is usually fairly underpaid. I used to have them find staff for me at previous roles until I realized how bad it ticked the creatives / agency.
Literally got a response 30 mins after this post. Scratch everything I just said.
