Im sure it “can happen” but the odds are extremely low. The CDC guidance if you’re full vaccinated is to test if you have symptoms. If you don’t have symptoms, there’s no need to test. If you’ve been exposed, they recommended quarantining for 5 days.

It can happen. Out of empathy for those around you, I’d test before your flight since you’ve been exposing yourself.
You don’t test positive on antigen. Only PCR.
You have proof of recovery so you shouldn’t even be taking any tests.
