I've got a job offer from Deloitte Latvia ( Deloitte Central Europe) for the Riga City. The gross compensation is 3000€/monthly along with one time 2500€ as a relocation allowance with other benefits like 45€/month as Telephone reimbursement etc & other usual Deloitte benefits. Currently I've a ctc of 11 LPA at EY & 3.5 YOE. Is it worth accepting the offer after all calculations. #Deloitte #Europe #Latvia . Deloitte EY . Kindly provide some insights if u have any .
Hi Fishes, Y.O.E 7.5+ years. Tata Consultancy TCS is offering 25LPA including variable pay and everything. So just 15% increment on my current salary since they mentioned I am leaving my current organization within 1 year.
They mentioned 8-12% is VP plus 80k from that salary is paid at the end of each year. Is it a good enough salary for 7.5+ yoe candidate. Also any heads up for the things I should look out for will be really helpful.

my advice is to avoid Ellie. Each location is a little different since its a franchise but they make it seems like you are going to make tons of money and you dont. you only get paid when see a client and not for cancelations and they will never get you a full caseload. I worked their for a year had 27 clients a week and made around $700-$1000 every 2 weeks. 2k a month is bad you can do better.
I concur... at the interview they work hard to make the salary calculator look amazing. It is difficult to get what you're quoted. Also, at the location I worked, therapists were responsible for pretty much ALL aspects of client care-not just typical clinical work & documentation, but also all the administrative & billing. If you enjoy trying to track copays, coinsurance, & all that...go for it. I do not. I want to believe that the company started out with a great goal of also taking care of their clinicians...I feel like when they moved to a franchise model, they became a scheme. They have crazy franchise owner conferences.. reminds me of Amway.. lol. Also, some franchise owners have absolutely no mental health agency experience. They don't get it. Also, if a franchise location struggles to meet their contractual obligations (aka...make money) the site gets shut down. Craziness.
