I've been following Coforge LinkedIn page, and I have decent offer from them. In one call HR said we will be moving towards 5 days work from Office, to which I said I don't mind. Now that aside, their LinkedIn posts everyone at VP SVP levels are joining.. seems like they are growing very fast, as hiring at such high Positions happens only that time.

He suspects it was because the status from my previous application to McKinsey over 2 years ago got pulled into the system automatically. I’m working at a small firm that is more like a one-stop shop. We’ve had instances where a client of ours have asked for a deliverable that is outside of our expertise and that we need specialists for. However, the relationship partner (is that what they’re called) for some reason wants everything to go through them rather than having the specialists directly engage with the client. Is there some legal/ethical reason for this? Or is this just an act to protect their turf?

With only previous freelance experience (and nonprofit and grant writing before that) figured I had to slog through it for years. How to deal with a situation when your team is just experienced on paper not very sound in knowledge and you have to finish end to end development which just started few months back.

I am a data engineer with 4 years experience making 14 lpa. Should I take a promotion to Product Owner role within Philips or switch jobs (23 lpa with walmart/paypal).
