Has anyone made the leap from Account Management to Product Management? Prior to being in an AM position I was a Creative Producer.

I don’t have much experience on the back end of product management but have extensive experience in front end development/user experience.

Any tips on breaking into the Product Management field? I have a call with a recruiter next week to discuss their open Product Management roles.

I recently switched to a developer role in a product based company from a support engineer for past 4 years in a service based company. I got a good hike as well.
