Has anyone noticed any changes in accounting firms that have accepted private equity money?

Hi Google - I am requesting guidance!
I am prepping for my interview specifically GCA and open ended questions. I struggle to tell if the outcome should be talking through your process/steps (maybe for a question like - how would you go about determining program complexity) vs a specific solution such as create x new product, for x market by x date based on my assumptions. Is the desired outcome something I can clarify with the interviewer?

The goal posts move.
From working with PE, my assumption would be you’d have greater margin pressure coupled with headcount reduction. If you want a new role, id recommend applying now since it may be more competitive and/or roles may disappear as the business questions whether roles are necessary once you’re past this initial phase.
It’s gonna be an active landmine for sure … they’re giving everyone 7.5% retention bonuses to not leave
You can try to apply, you’d probabaly get an offer since they need people to come in. I just joined and so far, they announced Day 1 of merger this week.
I think it is an active landmine right now for the Moss folks as we are having to learn the BT way. For BT folks, I am sure it is business as usual.
