Has anyone partner with ADP for 401k business? How does that work?

ADP sucks. If an employer is small enough to use then for bundled payroll I show them a local payroll provider and a simple ira. If they are too big for a simple then I show them T Rowe's 401k, or Securian, and the benefit of hiring a payroll person.

like

This. Researching now, work with someone that specialize in TPA not someone that has its hands in several things.

They’re ok. If the company is bundling payroll into that you’re going to have a bad time 2-4 years down the road.

New Jersey partnership question.

Partnerships need to use market sourcing for purposes of calculating NR withholding tax (though NJ doesn't even call this withholding anymore).

However, for purposes of calculating the NJ distributive share of income, you apply Gross Income Tax (personal income tax) rules, which is 3 factor and includes COP.

If I end up with 0% apportionment under GIT and 10% apportionment under CBT (withholding tax), the partnership pays tax upfront but NRs get 100% refund?

What rates are people getting for condos? I’m thinking about selling my condo (I had 3.25%) but my realtor said that the rates are so high now that if I were to buy a similarly priced place, the monthly payment would be like $800 more. I’m bad at math, so I wanted to ask here to confirm this is accurate. Mortgage is around $700k

I’m also studying for GMAT as t15 MBA is a consideration right now, so I could also try to make the switch after that.

So I used to work for a company where my job was good, was a director of business solutions for a fashion brand. Only issue was that the CFO micromanaged and ended up leaving. My background is digital transformation however I took an infrastructure position to rebuild a provincial healthcare system. Dear Recruiters,

Please keep reaching out. It’s great. But please also tell your bosses that your job and mine are both made easier when you’re empowered to discuss basics like hourly commitment and rate with me.

Hate to be this guy, but I don’t have time to send my resume, portfolio, experience, availability, and hourly rate to your boss, only to find out that the role is 40 hrs a week when I barely have 10 to give. That’s what LinkedIn/my website is for.
