Where can I find a spreadsheet that will let me plug in a starting account value and the sheet will show balances after year 1, 2, 3 and so on for 7% rate of return for example.

Build it in excel. Very simple. Simple google search will show the steps. I tried to type out but too confusing.

First, if MS doesn’t have the reporting or tech to figure that out then what the heck are you doing there. Second, if MS finds you doing anything that is not in the MS handbook you will be toast.

Invest in a financial calculator. Much more convenient and flexible (for this sort of problem) than a spreadsheet. You can buy an actual calculator or download one from any smart phone app store. It takes a little effort to figure it out - but it is worth it.

Hi All

I am getting 45k monthly and 10% tds is being deducted at source so after tds I would get 40,500 Rs. However, I am making my work done from someone else and paying him 30k. I am left with 15k each month. What should I do to save this unnecessary tax I paid? Please help.

First time home buyer and I have no idea what I can afford. Excellent credit. I know to get a preauthorization before looking but want to skim homes the meantime. Any good rule of thumb when searching?

I am a traditional reservist so I never really used military benefits before, but could use advice here.

I am currently renting and my lease is not up until October 2021, however I found a good deal on a home and scheduled to close in June 2021.

My landlord will not work with me to end the lease early, so it looks like I will have to double up on rent and mortgage through the summer.

If I went on active duty orders, can I use those orders to break my lease early without penalty?
