Has anyone pivoted from medical staff services/credentialing into the tech industry/med tech without a Masters degree? If so, what steps did you take to get there? I’m considering finding some courses that would allow me to transition careers. I want a career that allows me to continue to be challenged in new ways and the opportunity for higher compensation.

I am given sap as my competency, but honestly I'm not finding it interesting. I was hoping to shift to data analytics(python, sql, etl, powerbi, advanced excel... Working with these techs).
I have knowledge in python and sql. I also have some development skills, reactjs and stuff(not relevant to data analytics).
Should I increase my skill set before starting to apply to other firms?

It's not easy, though. It's a small company, which means there are only a few of us in each department. There is no dedicated training team, so we all have to learn new things on the fly through trial-and-error or by asking our coworkers for help.
