Has anyone rented with Hertz presidents circle lately? Renting in July from San Francisco and booked sedan with hopes of picking SUV from the lot (sedan was 1/4 the cost). Has anyone been able to do similar free “upgrade” recently given the rental car shortage?

Does anyone have a preferred car service company? I am looking for a service that can consistently provide traveler alerts such as when car has arrived, passenger is on board, trip competed, etc. across US cities. I have found a company that will do this when I book travel in NYC, but when my Professionals arrive in their destination cities the affiliates do not offer this same feature. Any suggestions?
