I'm a paralegal getting my MBA by August 2023. I had an interview for a new position at my current company but in a different department. The new position is to help open new locations across the US including hiring, training, performance, etc. It is heavy travel (75%) going to the new sites. Salary for the new position is $110k and I currently make $85k. No formal offer yet but current department is trying to keep me. ADVICE PLS!

Looking for career advice for a mentee who has two competing Internship offers as a sophomore from Google and Uber. Initially encouraged him to pick Google because of brand name, but the Uber offer pays an extra $10k over the summer and he supports himself through college so it is a material difference. Got an offer from one of the top non tech firms for A very well paid and fairly easy role - accepted with start date a month away. In the mid/final stages got a faang that pays the same but with a solid 150k equity on top of it. I’m not chasing money , although it’s important but the faang role is harder but def better career future growth - but also hate to destroy relationship with the first company if I reneg.
