Has anyone taken SANS CISSP prep course? Thoughts?

Just curious to how my firms (wealth management/bank/trust) comp compares with others out there. I received a promotion earlier this year from an Investment Advisor, AVP to Senior Investment Advisor, VP and moved from $110K to $140K ($130 salary + $10K discretionary bonus) all in. By meeting expectations in 2 pay cycles, the base bumps up to $175K + bonus. Grown in this role over about 10 years with the same firm, MBA + CFA; top 10 city and living comfortably as dual income household.

Which resume line would provide better signaling of talent to employers?

MBB? Or a mid cap VC ($500 AUM, not a name brand like Sequoia). Post MBA level at both, no promotions assumed. Not necessarily focused on future VC path over the long term, but interested in experimenting.

Had they come to us, our partners would have recommended a phased digital transformation journey to enhance value maximization and increase share of wallet. We’d do this by implementing SAP, Workday, and Salesforce using power point based accelerators to create a 360 degree view of the customer that empowers the frontline, increases loyalty and enhance employee collaboration.
