Puerto Rico required a negative test, not the airline. (Based on my research a couple of weeks ago)
Yes, I did in January. PR requires a negative result from a PCR test within the last 72 hrs prior to your departure. You’d need to upload the test result into their website and they’ll generate a QR code for you, which you’ll have to scan before you are allowed to leave the airport in San Juan. They even send you daily alerts tracking for symptoms etc. for 2 weeks. You can upload the result even in transit and airlines don’t check anything. But you’d need to have the QR code by the time you land. PR doesn’t mess around with this mainland crap lol
