Looking for some honest advice. Considering an offer with SocGen B’lore for Specialist Software Engineer position with 5.5 years exp and into Tech service management. Could you please tell me a bit about following points?
- 25% of the compensation(5Lakhs) is Variable. Does company even pay 60% of it at the end of the year if you perform say 4/5 rating?
- What is an average annual hike that the firm gives?
- How is the work culture and LGBTQ inclusionpolicy? Société Générale
How bad is the attrition in your team/company?
DXC Technology any idea how much time dxc take to release the offer letter... yesterday my friend's HR round done and they are ready to give 35LPA for 7 yr exp..SFDC but HR said it will depend on senior leadership whether they will approve this ctc or not...

It does work... But all this stuff will require strong inner motivation... 12-16 hr of window on zero calorie is not easy job...
Yes, but you have to maintain consistency.
Yes, it works but it all depends on what you eat in that window? And how much workout you do. Focus on your diet, add the appropriate amount of protein, fiber and carbs to keep you full enough. And drink a lot of water. And secondly you should be mentally prepared for this.
It's all about mind. How u can avoid ur desire to have some unhealthy food. U need to understand if at given moment ur stomach is asking or food or ur tongue wants the food? Once u figure out that, u will succeed in losing weight even without intermittent fasting.
its not suitable for everyone and at every age people. Choose calorie deficit .. means just 200 cal less than the actual daily cal. you will see the difference in 3 months. Have strength trining as well. Its a proven way

My perspective is, intermittent fasting is in-built system not from outside.
Body keeps time of itself. If u sit in 1 place for 4 hours, body will remind u to go to loo and release. Nomatter what's the time on watch.
Every morning, body will make u go toilet, no matter what's the time on watch.
Same way, let the body tell us when it needs the food. Don't go by watch. Oh it's 1 pm so lunch time. Nope.
Have food only when ur body tells u its need of food. That's the natural way. 👍
