Hate my job but 2 months away from sign on bonus what do I do? I already got it but in my offer letter it says they have the right to take it away if the year isn’t completed. I’m interviewing for a bunch of amazing roles and I think I’m 100% going to get this one I want but am worried they want the start date in a month or so. Do I just leave bc I hate it here or ask to stay up until my start date and slack off until then?

Junior associate here, should I ask for more money if my firm is about 10-15 percent less hours but about 30 percent less pay? The gap will never be closed to the top pay scale at my firm but when I decided to come to this firm the pay difference was about 15 percent and not 30. Now i have better offers from pwc n kpmg
10lpa fixed.
Will accenture increase their offer. They wer not even ready to go till 8.5 last time. But now i have other offers in hand. Is it possible to go back and ask for improved offer n position even though i have accepted the old 8lpa offer from accenture 1 month back.
