Have a 3 interviews with EY Friday AM. Recruiter has yet to send me the invite. Reached out Monday and she mentioned she was working to schedule and still on for Friday. Still nothing... Do you think the recruiters going to try to re-schedule/flake?

I applied for a job at Visa and was contacted the same day. A few days later I had a 30-minute screening interview with the hiring manager. I knew I was very early in the process since the job had only been posted for a few days. It's been 3 weeks and I haven't heard back, even after reaching out to the recruiter. VOO. I predominantly use Schwab’s robo advisor and have consistently been 8% below S&P 500. (1) based on the historical performance of VOO, am I better off shifting all of my retirement and brokerage accounts to VOO? (2) how do I do that? How should I go about this?
