Best office chair for pregnancy? My ikea chair is not cutting it. I have a standing desk at home so bonus points if it works well with that. So, a recruiter gave me feedback that my lack SPHR or SHRM-SCP is causing my resume to be knock out by AI and human recruiters despite my position and work history in Multinationals and being in Technology. They suggested that we put SPHR ( Lapsed). I let it lapse in 2017. What is your opinion? Plus if I were to take another certification - should I take SPHR or SHRM-SCP?

I moved from consulting to tech close to a year ago. I really enjoy working with my direct boss, who creates opportunities for me, but am frustrated by my boss' boss, who is an absolute nightmare of a micromanager.
