Have any people from “tier 2” firms (GT, BDO, RSM) had success applying for jobs that ask for Big 4 Experience? I have 3 years of experience auditing a large public company but am wondering if I should try to get into the Big 4 for a year as a resume booster.

[help] I have an offer that’s quite good, and they gave me until Monday to decide. I have a final round at another firm on Monday (fastest they can do) that I would prefer, both because of the work and the pay. Is it really bad to accept one offer and then potentially cancel it if I get a better offer a day or two later?
