Have the june promotion discussions started?

I was initially considered for an insights and analytics Manager - experience management opportunity, aced all the interviews and the recruiter got back to me saying they really liked me but are considering me for a Senior Consultant position in order to ‘set me up for success’, and that I could be promoted to manager anywhere within 3 to 6 months..
Not super excited about the ‘drop’ in title, I currently am Sr Mgr of analytics at a Fintech managing a team of 4 FT analysts

What's the best way to ask for a pay raise?

When I was headhunted for the job, ESG was a relatively new concept and too few companies hire for related positions. I didn't find any salary range from Glassdoor or anywhere so I had no idea. My fault was I did not ask the HR and just gave my asking salary. When I saw a similar post from my company (I was already hired that time), they were already including the pay range and I realized mine was way below. I'm already 2.8 yrs in the role.

Promotion to M1, 4 rating in NYC Advisory any thoughts on raise %?

For getting promotion who take the main decision? Manager, Supervisor or HR?

When I spoke with HR she said that their was some confusion and with name and they have send wrong offer letter but except my CTC and joining date everything was same my email id, my home address everything. And now I have been asked to wait, HR says they will raise again. And its been 3 days now I can not accept the previous offer also and I cant even resign from my current company. What should I do?

An agency I freelance for wants to hire me full-time. They told me for a Sr Copywriter, 100-110k. I countered with 125-150.

I also said I'm interested in a higher-level title - I currently freelance as a Creative Director of Copy elsewhere (they don't have that title at this agency.)

They came back and said yes to the title and to 125, with a 6 month review that could raise it to 145.

Which is good for Sr Copy, but low for CD/ACD level. Don't want to screw myself over. What to say now?

hey, I joined Deloitte in June 2020 as an GPS SA analyst, I just staffed on internal project only providing me adjusted utilization. Now my standard util is 40 and my adjusted is 105... and this project last in another month... by then my standard util might be 20.. will my promotion be affected by this? My target promotion year on TOD is 2022. My manager said we might sell to client and extend this project in September but nothing guaranteed.

Feeling like I’ve been “bait-and-switched”…

I’ve been interviewing at an agency with the intention of filling a Director role. Recruitment reached out soon after my last meet-and-greet interview (about 6 to 7 people total) to tell me the team thinks I would be best suited for an Associate Director role with a fast follow of a Director promotion.

Recruitment can’t tell me what feedback is creating this gap but also won’t stop mentioning the positive praise and feedback the team had for me.

Colleague has put in his resignation. They are offering him whatever he wants to stay including 4days a week work from home. He’s not bluffing and plans to leave. However, at this same time I was asked to begin working as a supervisor for the engineering team and I would get a promotion at the beginning of the year. At a different job I had a customer trying to swindle me in telling me that there was a deal in an item that never had a deal or promotion for sale so he made me scan the item 20 times before believing me. Obviously, he finally let it go but I scan it with an inventory scanner that showed me all of the sale price promotions if there were any
