I’m on a 13 week notice period! Accepted back at the start of March… just counting down the days.
A lot of startups have the exit strategy to either go public or get bought out. They have a limited period to reach the target and use multiple rounds of fundings. None of the exit strategy is lucrative or practical now with current market sentiments, the findings are drying up and revenues are not enough to keep them going with the high head count. So it’s obvious - trim the fat.
