Have you ever managed a bilingual community before? Did you separate the languages or just have people switch on google translate if they needed to?

When this is the case, I only use the English language, in the event that your community is linked to people from Spain with a strong presence, if it is necessary that you include both languages, the Spanish for some reason are easily offended by these things.

It all depends on the type of people and where they are from, that is, if it is English and Spanish, you have to see if your Spanish-speaking public is from Central America or South America, in which case most people from those countries only use English. they speak English.

Our brand takes the community very much into account and we always try to make them feel that we are there for them, so we are inclusive in the language issue, we use English, French, and Spanish.

A lot depends on the site of your public because European people are very attached to their original language, that is, if you have people from France, Spain, or England, a network is recommended for each one.

I try to use Spanglish a lot, most of our followers are of Latin origin but we have a lot of American influence too, but this American influence likes Spanish so they love our posts.

I know that the general advice is not to cut your own time, but if you think you took WAY TOO LONG on something should you? I don’t want partners to think of me as inefficient.

In honor of National Voter Registration Day, The New Yorker released the transcript of a previously unpublished interview with James Baldwin, who gave a first-hand account of "Freedom Day 1963," a Black voter-registration drive in Selma, Alabama. Baldwin's descriptions from that day are so vivid and detailed that you can feel the fear and anger of the event. If you have a couple of minutes, I highly recommend you read it.

9th September onwards, so called the grand programme for the next 3 Fridays for completion of 150 years!
Question to Leadership!
1. You are calling all the employees in the office & just providing lunch? That's all for completing 150 years?
2. You would ask questions, and whoever is able to answer it, you will give some merchandise only to them?, And the other people are not your employees?
Why are you even organizing it? You think people would come from far places just for lunch?
