What’s the purchase price on those 10k-30k reductions?
Price ranges from 500-900k
About 80% of the sold portfolio have a 3-6% price reduction. I’ve never seen a selling agent with so many list/relistings
Often times a Realtor will suggest a list price, but the seller ultimately sets their own price coming on market. This is where a good buyers agent comes in. You should definitely do research on buyer agent candidates. There is a lot of trash out there, but an experienced agent specializing in your target area can be very useful during the process and can help with negotiations

Depends on market also. Hotter markets are going to see numerous offers above asking. Things have slowed down over the last two years but know the comps in area (have a good buyers agent to help you). Where are you located?
