1. I have a an interview with Disney coming up for a Comms strategy specialist. How should I prep for that?
2. I want to apply to Microsoft for a Comms Manager role. I am having a hard time on finding the right people to network with for a referral/how to stand out from the crowd.

Quick question.
I was a contractor for a big company and they just let me know that my last day is December 30th. I got this position thanks to a recruiting company that has been great and gives me benefits.
Should I:
- Continue working with the recruiting company, hoping that they will find another position for me? (as they told me they will, and when they applied me I started working with my current company within 2 weeks)
- Work with the recruiter + apply for jobs on my own?

Just got the call from a recruiter that they won’t be moving forward with my application after reviewing my take-home writing assignment. I was very proud of what I submitted, and know it was great quality and up to industry standards given I review/write this type of document quite frequently. They gave me good feedback on it, and I have it in the back of my mind that they are using applicants from consulting as free labor. Anyone else feel this way about interview take-home assignments??

Recieved a call from infosys on interview for tomorrow .but they haven't scheduled the time. is it possibly canceled?

I prepared a presentation for an interview with a sales leader, it went well and I was offered a final interview with regional manager. The sales leader I interviewed with gave me a bunch of feedback, but said to find out information about tech stack, which I for some reason, didn’t consider. I come to find out that deep, hidden within the website of the hypothetical client, they use the service already. Do I roll into the final interview and play dumb or do i present and then come clean?

I've a question on what sections to put on a regular resume. I see some people are using consulting style resume for outside companies as well. Do you think it's a good idea to devide work experience by projets? Or is it better to have "projects highlights" separate from work experience.. something like: intro>functional expertise> project highlights>work experience>education?

Does anyone work at a firm where legal assistants don't do legal assistant things? For example, I have to do my scheduling and calendaring. I have to upload documents to our file management system. After going from big agency to in-house, I have the chance to move to a smaller in-house company to be the only creative and eventually begin to build my own team. Ideal situation or terrifying one?

Does anyone have experience with a CMS migration? I inherited a migration plan with very little context. Any recommendations or best practices on how to move forward? Who should be included as stakeholders?

Any tips on how to deal with this…my entire team was let go today (was 5, now just me). I do create some personal campaigns and do social media content on LinkedIn for my personal profile. That is why I get a high number of interviews but I stumble at the starting line.

Anyone know of companies looking to hire an Event Director? I feel like events jobs have been disappearing recently. Preferably remote.

I’ve noticed on Glassdoor, salaries for my level (Director) are higher than my base but have similar bonus opportunity. At what level of pay gap would you push or make a stink? In hindsight I should have pushed more during the hiring process. At 160k base now, seeing ranges in the 170s to low 180s. These are specific to my current company.
