If I calculate fixed salary componant for all four is in between 16 to 17 LPA

1. TCS with 21 LPA which includes 4.5 LPA Variable (monthly +quartely)
2. Cognizant 17.2 LPA which includes 75 K variable + 2.5 LPA staggered Joining Bonus paid after 2/ 4/6/8/10 months of completion with 50k installment.
3. Wipro with 17 LPA which includes 1.7 LPA variable
4. ATOS syntel - 19 LPA includes 1.9 LPA variable + 1LPA joining Bonus.

Can someone through some light on salary structure of Microsoft from level 56 till level 63,64.
Please include level 56,57 and 58 compulsorily as I am targeted towards these support engineer roles. Levels 59 and above we can Google also. I am in planning a switch to MS so please consider this as a legit question.

I have usually seen people taking sick leaves when workload is more and there is more responsibility coming in team. But I always hesitate to ask for leaves, I feel I'm doing something wrong.
