I got a call from Infosys HR on 16-September-2022 that I have been successfully selected for the job position of Test Analyst at Infosys, as per our conversation I have to receive an offer letter within 15 days, but I haven’t received it till now.
Now They have sent a mail that your Candidature is on hold. Is this happened with anyone else also.
Please do suggest on this guys.

I'm wanting to know what people think is better. Kaiser or ucla health for working as an admin staff. Ucla seems to have good pay from what I see on the job descriptions but kaiser only shows pay grade. Ucla has pension and a raise it seems every year. But I was alao told kaiser offers a dollar each year as a raise. I want a place I can grown and stsy Long term. Any one have any insight on kaiser and what they offered.UCLA Health Kaiser Permanente

I went to a lower-paying AE role for the title, then moved up from SMB to Mid Market to Enterprise in 4 years. Once I got to Enterprise, the floodgates opened to other opportunities. If you've been a BDR for a while, I'd have a conversation with your manager to ask how you can get to AE.
t really depends on your company’s growth and your hustle, but switching companies can sometimes speed up that promotion. Keep grinding and networking within your org. That really helps. Have you spent at least 2 years in the BDR role? Cuz usually it takes like 1-3 years for the promotion to be considered.
Been in a BDR role for 3 years full time now and I’m in a pretty big company. I’ve done all the networking but still haven’t seen any opportunity. I’m now in the process of looking at other companies. Some companies don’t know what they have until it’s gone
