In my Accenture office letter, there is no mention of components like HRA, Basic, LTA etc. How do I calculate the in hand salary for a fixed component of 33 LPA?

Wondering if $150,000 base + 25% bonus, no RSU, is underpaid for a Director of Operations in a Marketing/Tech firm?

Responsibilities include direct oversight of onboarding, support, implementation/integrations, customer success, production - fulfillment, production-web dev, and content departments. 8 years experience at various management levels, 2 years as DOP.

For an MBA graduate of 2018 batch (new IIM), is 25 lpa current CTC decent or is he underpaid?
2 years of pre mba work ex as well.

I wish I wasn’t adaptable. Humans aspire for a greater level of comfort and once achieved, adopt that as their new baseline. I have got an offer from Accenture and the fixed amount is 16lac and the only deduction they said will happen is PF from this 16 lac and it seems I need to bifurcate the split ups for the basic HRA and other allowance during the onboarding time.
Could anyone have any suggestions if this is a normal process for Accenture where they ask us to fill up the split ups.

The HR says the delay is happening because the people who need to approve are on leave. Are they playing around or keeping on hold? Do they actually release offer after this much delay?
