I have joined Accenture recently and was assigned to a project and interview went with the client but got rejection mail the same day. I’m very tensed now.

I want to know How hard is it to get project assigned? And does a rejection gives a bad impact to Accenture and hence difficult in getting projects ? And how many rejections should one get?

BTW I’m Data Engineering tech with 2 YOE and rejection reason which the 1st client gave is they needed 4 YOE candidate

LinkedIn always tells me to message the recruiter when I apply for a job. Is this ok/normal to do?

Two days later I got an email saying Microsoft is freezing hiring for certain departments and the recruiter is ghosting me. Will I even get a chance to interview atleast?

Maybe stop saying yes to matters that are too small to justify our rates and staffing an expensive senior person on them when you’re already dying trying to get anything staffed.
