However, I've been approached about a potential managerial role, even though I'm currently a Senior Analyst. I'd appreciate any insights on whether this could be a promising career move.

Plus my current financial situation is stressful and I accepted the offer on certain conditions but now hr or the firm but saying we can't committ you. Any suggestions.

I have been in the freelance web development industry for two years and have build a solid foundation of skills and knowledge. However, I know that there is always more to learn, and I am excited to tap into the collective wisdom of this community.

Should I specialize in Blockchain or AI? I’m a freshman in a CS degree and I can’t decide. My main argument to choose blockchain is the easy entry with little experience and high salary, I plan on growing my skills during the bear market and get a job once the market recovers. Regarding AI, I find this field fascinating but I feel like it requires a lot of experience, degrees and diplomas.

I have a nontechnical undergrad degree and 4 years of experience in the cyber industry. Should I invest my time in getting my CISSP / other certs OR getting a technical Masters degree like CS or MIS?

If you start as a Program Manager, how/when do you begin to advise people as a people lead? I’ve heard Program Managers are not people leads. Hi SpEd Teachers, is anyone else facing EXTREME staff shortages as a result of state funding? We are not able to meet my students' IEP requirements (not even close) due to not enough paraprofessionals and the district flat out refusing to hire more.
