Hey, can someone share some insights on the salary for the squad lead role in BSMH. My recruiter set the salary for me and didn’t let me negotiate and on top of it My recruiter told me if I negotiate I will lose the job so I kept quiet and signed the letter.

What is project specific BGC in TCS?

Hello friends, looking at a JP opportunity and hopefully going into the offer process after today’s interview. What I need help is understanding the comp structure in non front office roles ? In Goldman we have PATC ( per annum total comp ) which is nothing but base + “promised” bonus % + RSU.. how do you have total comp defined in JP ? the bonus also a % of base and almost agreed upon ? Example my bases is 200k and bonus is 25 % etc ?

Anyone go for the Global Entry interview yet ? What documents do I carry in addition to passport/visa ? And how is the interview ?

How long does it take between a second interview and a job offer? What the norm?

I’m reviewing my resume getting ready to start my job search and have a question for recruiters, hiring managers. I’m looking for a role brand-side not agency side. Specialist roles aside, such as digital, when you see someone describing themselves as a “generalist marketer” is this a resume you’d pass on? My past roles have been such that I do a lot of marketing projects, tasks etc. but I’m not a specialist. I’m worried if I use this terminology I won’t even be considered for a role. Thank you
