In my reports -> My current CTC section. It has details of Current annual & Monthly AGS. My question is what is AGS? It is showing half of my CTC. Should I raise this to HR or it is just something else. And where can we get the actual CTC reflection? Pls help. Thanks in advance.

I think it's worth it to ask. I would prepare before you set the meeting though. Document your wins, have data of your success, and think of any possible outcome that may arise and how you would handle it. Go into it confidently and professionally.

I can guarantee you are not getting paid enough. Sounds like you are helping your company bring in plenty of money and you deserve to be paid for that. You've clearly proven that you're an asset to them. And I do like the idea of bringing documentation to back it up as P1 mentioned.
I would gather everything you have to show that you are not being paid enough. Anything you have done to go above and beyond, things you have worked on, etc. And then sit down with your boss and confidently ask for what you should be making.
To add, try to do some research about salary ranges for your area and the type/size of company you are working for. Know the numbers not just for you but others out there to help shape your negotiation.
