Hello everyone, has anyone recently applied for GC with Deloitte. I just completed my 2 years in Deloitte audit and starting my GC application process. Any insight on the timeline, approval process is highly appreciated.

I also had a question about H-1b extension. Currently my visa expires in October 2021. Is this the right time to apply for the extension? Has anyone gotten successfully extended in the recent past or rejected?

If you leave the US because of failed H1B attempt with a L1 visa, how hard is it to move companies under the latter? If you decide to leave your employer, what is the process like to keep the visa?

How do you answer the question about yourself in i-944 where you can indicate "self" and it asks you if you live with said individual "self", and if this individual is filing for an immigration benefit with you or has in the past (again it's weird because you're talking about yourself.. ).

Worked for 10.5yrs in Infy Package is 11L and now I have an offer from Enquero(Genpact) for 20L and as a counteroffer from Infy:- 40% hike + Canada visa or 70% hike

If I have accepted an offer from a UK company and they have initiated my visa process; meanwhile I get a better offer from another company which will also have to support my visa; does the second company then pick up the previous visa process on the same application number or it starts a fresh process with different application number.

Considering leaving to take a partner position at a small firm. Is it worth it? Would only be 2 partners with a staff of 10. Comp would be 250k on the low end and probably top out around 350k. Would take 3-4 years to get to this level of comp as would be buying 10% per year up to 40% of the firm. Am I stupid for not taking this? Currently manager making 125k. Comp first year as junior partner would be 120k with 10% ownership.

Hi! I recently switched to a new employer, who promised in writing on email that they’d start my GC process right after I complete 3 months with the firm. I’m currently on the 4th month and the process has not yet begun.
Please note that I have to give a couple of exams/certifications, one of which I failed very recently. This is keeping me from asking my employer about the GC process. Am I being irrational? Any advice or help would be highly appreciated. Thank you.

I have approved I-140. Indian nationality so priority date not close to current. If I switch employer, does my employer need to apply for PERM and i140 again as soon as I join, to get H1B extensions?

My PERM PWD was filed in early February and I’m still waiting. Almost all PWDs filed in the same month in my company have received determination, and all that are still in process are in the same department/team as me. I wonder what’s going on there.
What happens if a PWD takes more than 12 months to get approved? Would we have to file a new PWD since the 9141 wage survey is only valid for 12 months? (Feels like a PWD that takes >12 months to adjudicate would break the world record though).

I recently joined Company A on H1B few weeks ago. Now I have another offer with a better pay from comp B (I started the interview process long before I joined company A) and would like to proceed with comp B. Will this cause any issues in my visa stamping now or in the future? Anyone gone through this?

- I didn't get selected in the H1B lottery.
- My company has agreed to send me to their London office for a year (haven't yet filed application).
- OPT ends in late June, so I can stay till mid-late August (grace period).

Question:
Should I just move to London as soon as I'm able to, or is it worth waiting until the end of my OPT in August in case they do a second round of the H1B lottery?
