I want to make a career change because public has burnt me out w/ busy season hours during off-season & working several of the holidays in the last year, though there are so many career paths I don’t know where to go next. And one one big brand company but they have started new divisions for e-commerce flat form

Which one should i choose? ( work life balance/ stability/sustainability/growth)

Pay scale for both nearby but brand company is paying less than expected.

How much media experience should someone have before pivoting into comms/connections planning? What specific media tools would a comms planner use in their day to day?

Although I've reviewed job descriptions for comms planners, would love to hear someone's input & experience.

Would like to set myself up to make this switch eventually. Thank you

I have joined hcl on 24 th sep 2021 and my last working day here is 18th May 2022.
Today I received my provisional full and final settlement and the payable amount is negative -11454. They are recovering the full AMPB amount which I got from September months.
I have heard from this platform only that hcl stopped the recovery police but still I got the negative fnf.

Wells - curious. Where are you and are you buyer/seller? I'm guessing buyer and all the stats I read are completely in our favor, yet I feel like books of business should be going for sale every day and I struggle to find any good sellers?
