I have been offered a role of DAA at ZS. I'll be completing 1 year of exp on 15 July 2025, and my date of joining will be around end of June, and hence they are still considering me as a fresher. I tried pushing too hard, max they agreed is base of 9 and CTC of 12. Also, in my college back in 2022, freshers used to get a CTC of 13.65. My current CTC is 9.8 an base is around 8. Please guide me here, I literally have 0 idea rn. ~TIA

I have been working remotely since covid getting nothing but positive reviews. My company is not remote friendly and is now telling me I have to return to the office or I lose my job. I just found out a co-worker had a remote position created for them, without a job posting, without an interview and without the experience required (normally a license or certification would be mandatory). I understand life isn’t fair but is there an ethical problem with this?

I got offer from NatWest Chennai location . My skills set is project management 13 years experience. They have mentioned in my offer letter B7 corporate title is associate. When I ask to hr guy he said it is equal to Manager level. But title will change department department. Is it true? B7 is manager role ? What is CDIO department in Natwest. Please clear my doubts
