However, I am finding the SAP technology project extremely hectic, and the management style has been challenging, at times coming across as unprofessional and rude. As I am still in my probation period, I would like to understand whether it is possible to request a release from this project and explore a different opportunity within the company.

Been 3 months since I joined Luxoft and I am assigned to a backward DXC project. The lead is oppressive and bossy. There is no work-life balance and 9:30 hours of work is not enough for them.
