I got selected in Tesco for a finance associate role with Third party C2H hiring.
Earlier they asked my Aadhar card to release an offer letter. Now they emailed me and asked my all details like - All education and companies document, pay slip, Aadhar, Pan. Then they will release an offer letter. On call they mentioned DOJ would be 17th June.

Should I send all documents or not? Because this is the first time I'm going with C2H hiring.

Please guide me.

Do recruiters and Hiring Managers actually review and read resumes? Also tech companies that sell SaaS, what is it with the requirements of having 10 years or more if technical sales experience? Also the ramp up period is not realistic. Average sales cycle for a reputable SaaS provider is 12-24 months. How on earth a start up can state that their ramp up period is 90 days? The company hasn’t had any new sales either. Start up CEO’s… be realistic or seek enough funding to operate.

I recently had an interview with HCL and cleared 2 rounds of technical interview. I waited for a week for HR call but no such call was received. I then contacted the POC who scheduled the interview (he is an HCL employee) and he said that I have been shortlisted and will receive HR call shortly.
