Hello Everyone.
I recently felt bombarded by one of the higher-ups from this “remote-based” company. They thought that the timezone difference was impacting their workflow and deadlines. The company primarily hires people from their region, as I have noticed lately. They also did not state that there could be tax and legal implications when their contractors work outside of their country. What is the whole point of remote work if they can’t support it?

With less travel happening, and more people spending time wfh than office, has anyone really invested in a good home office setup? I have the extra space and want to create a productive setup. Would love to hear your advice/ input. Thanks! 🙏

YOE: 4.9 Years
Which one should I join considering stability, WLB, WFH and future prospects?

Im a RN and took on a new role working in Home Health. I chose this position because My husband & I recently moved to PA with our 2 kids (1&3), with no family available for his residency program with a hospital. Currently not a resident of CA, but will be in September. Accepted an in house job based in CA (will be remote until then). CA bar website says I must be a CA resident to waive into the in house program. I called the office and was told I don’t have to be a CA resident.
