So I had 3 deals scheduled to either close end of May or mid June which were all pushed to end of June/beginning of July. I’m running one of the deals, semi running the other one and not doing much leading on the other one. Note: I was supposed to not be running any of these. After how many days the Date of exit gets updated in the UAN portal after the LWD in TCS.
I have received my final payment after 10 days of my last working day.
Because after Date of exit is updated only we can start the PF transfer process right?

I will go first-
My 1st Job was in Jan 2017 as an junior engineer, 1st month salary was 23k & i gave that money to my mother 🥺.

So is my expectation too high? I expect the junior resource who’s reporting to me to get things right and if he doesn’t, then reach out to me and ASK! If you can’t do this, I want to roll you off.
