I am 10 years experienced. will be joining as A4 DevOps engineer.
How is the job security in Epam Anywhere and hiw difficult is the devops interviews.

Had a final round interview on Thursday (so two business days ago) with a tech start up. Pretty optimistic it will turn into an offer. HR recruiter emailed me Friday morning saying they felt final round interview went really well from their end. Thank you notes already out the door. How long would you wait to reach back out? Or should I play a waiting game so as not to appear desperate?

Will I get an email saying I have cleared the technical interview in Accenture after the interview?

I left my company without any offer in hand. What could go wrong when I apply in other companies after a span of 6 months?

I had my interview with JP Morgan Bangalore for the credit risk associate position 10 days back. Went through a referral and had the VP and ED rounds on the same day. VP gave positive feedback right after my interview to the friend who had referred me.

Deciding between LEK and a much smaller firm doing mostly DoD consulting work. LEK offers $40k more (mostly in bonuses) than smaller firm, but smaller firm works less than 50 hrs/wk. Seems like both would be friendly workplaces. I'm having a hard time deciding. Any advice?

I am very much afraid due to epam aywhere policy , they will fired people if he will not crack 5 client interview. Interviews are very though , all DSA.
As we seen current market condition with recession coming should I search new jobs now ? Before marking condition going worst , should I abscond ? or should I wait for some more time?
