I’m in an MBA program and work as a summer associate for JP Morgan Chase. The work life and pay are great FT, but I’m strongly considering gunning for a role as an AE at a big tech company post-graduation i.e. Adobe, Salesforce. Any advice on how to break into the industry?

Interested in PM role at Workday, but leading a functional area on my project going live on 12/31. Functional area has been fully configured and tested with minimal conversion items, but still expected to assist with support activities post-12/31. Would applying at this point of a project be a bad look from Workday’s perspective?

It's been over a week. EY L2 interview has been rescheduled twice by the interviewer, synoptek L2 interview has not been scheduled because the director is not available to take the interview (recruiter said). Things are not looking very good. What could be going on here?

Our organization is acquiring a social brand soon. The original organization it was under used “powered by” to show their link. Relationship example: “Facebook powered by Meta” They want to use the same phrase with our organization now that it’ll be under us. The problem is the social brand is well known in our field, but most people had no clue they were “powered by” anyone—let alone who. I’m afraid our organization will be swallowed up as well. Any tips? Is “powered by” the best phrase? TIA!

If i have a counter offer 25lpa with better role, will EPAM be open to negotiate? I feel the role & ctc are not on par.
