I am an uipath developer (RPA). I have overall 7 years of experience. I am planning to switch but nowadays I could barely get an interview call for 90 days NP. Market is also down and RPA is too saturated. I am confused if I could continue with RPA or should I switch to a different domain like data analytics. Please pour your suggestions. Hey all! after many years abroad I've taken the crazy decision to try and move back to Italy. I'm in contact with a couple of international companies (from startups to enterprise) that may be willing to hire me for a Customer Success Manager remote role based in Italy even though they do not have an entity in Italy. I'm looking for insights / personal experiences from people that may be in a similar position. The biggest doubt is if it's viable to manage it via a B2B (partita Iva) agreement.

Have a big interview tomorrow. The question I dread the most is about why you’re looking for a new job. The honest answer is that there isn’t enough work to go around at my agency and I want to get ahead of the inevitable layoffs. What’s the best way to tell them this? Do I just make something else up entirely?

Dear all, I want a suggestion currently working for TCS with 5 CTC in a support project with some opportunities on Devops tools. I am having an offer from a company for an senior software support profile with 15 fixed+1. My future aspirations are Devops. I have also received a counter from TCS for 12 CTC. Should I join on senior support role and then switch for Devops after preparation or should I stay back in TCS for some time and switch after preparation? In TCS my designation is system engi.

I have total 6.3 years of Experience in IT and willing to make a career outside IT in sometime and also not quite interested in pursuing MBA . What are other alternative options I have in india .

Hi sharks, I am currently working in automation testing role with skill set robot framework + python. I learnt selenium + java out of interest. Over all experience is 5 years. I am not getting interest in testing now. Wanted to switch career as data professional, data engineer to be precise (after doing some basic study).
