Our project is transitioning from Wipro to other rival 'X' company. Now I have an offer from the other 'X' company to work for the same project in their organization.
1. Can I accept the offer? I will be doing the same work but in new organization.
2. Will this cause trouble for my career? Will Wipro blacklist me?
Any inputs are much appreciated.

I think you will be fine with that not good but fine. It will come to around 3880 per month after tax. Considering it's for bristol, rent/expenses will be low around 3k for a family of 4 and you will be able to save around 7-800.
State schools are completely free. There will not be any bus transportation like in India to the school. The parents or the guardian needs pick and drop kids directly. You can find many videos about uk school system on YouTube. Of course there will be private schools with fees.
If you are the only one earning then may be difficult
I would say it would be tight. Rent + Electricity + Gas + WiFi + Phone bills will take 2k per month. For your daily groceries + Bus/Car travel exploring the city or to work + buying home amenities + other miscellaneous stuff will take 1k per month. I am really not sure about kids education here as I don't have any kids. But there are state run schools which are free but not sure if it's free for migrants as well. If there are fee for schools, then it would be on top of this. You always need to keep aside some 300 pounds for any emergency or unprecedented expense. Especially for people moving to a different country, there are lot of things to be taken care or purchased. Even for getting a driving license, the entire expense sums up to 300 pounds. So kids toys and other items will be on top of this expense. If your partner goes for work (even after 2-3 months), then it would be a comfortable life. If you are going to be the sole owner, then you need to be tight with your expenses.
