Hello fishes, I have got an offer from Capgemini India, they are offering me CTC 12 LPA and my experience is 7.5 years, saw the salary breakout, in hand salary is too low and my current salary is similar to my experience only.
Please suggest what to do.

When I ask to hr guy he said it is equal to Manager level. But title will change department department. Is it true? B7 is manager role ? What is CDIO department in Natwest. Please clear my doubts
