It might not be on your cards already, but that CTC with that workex is really low. You may choose to go for an MBA instead.
I am trying to get into an MBA can we chat?
Accept this offer and find another offer on top of it , if you are not satisfied. Later Capg can also match if they need you urgently. Depends on skillset.
Infosys 1 is right, resign over the 1st offer and as your notice period starts coming to an end aggressively start giving interviews. You can even get 100% hike if you put a little effort. All the best
Accept it and keep attending interviews. Some companies will tell you that they will not be able to pay more than a certain percentage of the current ctc. If they really need you, then they will be ready to pay more. If you have an offer at hand, then there is chance that you can easily secure offers from other companies.
You are switching for a better job, tell them that you don't wish to remain underpaid.
Normally, yes. I think, it depends on the company also. Once a company asked me to sign the contract, scan it and send it to them via email. I didn't feel good about it, so didn't do it. If they are asking for something like that, then don't sign it. I don't believe that the company is going to sue you for not honoring that contract, but it's better to be safe. Don't think much about ethics in this. There are occasions where the company actually rejected the candidate in the last minute. So, it is always better to have another option. Some of the small companies hire a lot more than what they need, because 30% of the candidate will not join as they got a counter offer. Not too clean, but that is how things work.
@ZTL1 happy to help. Let me know if you have any queries.
