I am being offered 26lpa which includes 15% variable component plus employer contribution to PF. So, the fixed component is just 21. How much more can I negotiate for? Have existing offer of 23l (all fixed)

My firm paid merit increases to most employees, except me and one other individual (amongst the few people who shared this information). Therefore, this is not a company wide policy. Do I have any right in this case? It was paid out last Friday. Can companies legally do that?

I have an offer for $130k for a senior attorney position in a boutique L&E firm. Also have a recruiter who thinks she can get me into another for $150-170k. Both are more than I’ve ever made (Denver, 17 yrs of experience but completely different practice areas). Any tips for countering the $130k offer for more using the other potential offer while not risking a complete withdrawal of the current offer? Spoke to a lot of others who have left and seems like being pigeonholed or staffed on projects not related to the actual core work of the practice is the common reason. 1. Genpact - 27 CTC (24 fixed + 10% variable plus gratuity) Manager level
2. Airbus - 23 CTC + 5 L JB
I really wanted to work with Airbus but they are not budging from the offer of 23 even after I told them I have a better offer from Genpact with better position. HR said they will come back..
