I am 4 Yoe web app back end developer in WITCH from India . I got an offer as Onsite role in Australia (perth) for 5000 A$ per month. Does anyone here have idea about Australian pay slab for IT employees? Is it possible to cope up with living cost in Australia with this salary. Can somebody please share your options?

What would be the pay for a grade 11 job at S&P?

Working as CAL Manager with Accenture S&C India. Offered ~GBP 76.5K (fixed plus flexi) at Manager Grade by Deloitte London.

Prior to Accenture, I have already served as S&O Manager with Deloitte India for ~1.5 yrs - so this would be my second stint with Deloitte as Manager "again".

2 questions:
1. Should I ask for Senior Mgr (AD) grade - to which they have already said NO
2. Is GBP 76.5K sitting at the lower end of M grade in Deloitte UK? What should be a good expectation for the role

Clawback clause in current contract: been in role for over 2 yrs, it was an internal move that required relocation. Relocation was approved shortly after (over 2 yrs ago) but covid meant the actual move and start of my contract with new subsidiary was delayed, I was paid by the previous subsidiary meanwhile. I got small relocation package. Would internal move be subject to a buy-out/clawback clause if I leave now and if yes, is it time in role or time under new contract? Any experience? Thanks!

While applying for visa my company quoted 80K as compensation. Now they want to reduce it to 75K.
