I am an incoming senior currently interning with Abbott. My goal is to have at least two full time offers. I have another interview coming up this week at a different company. I suspect that pay will be similar (Glassdoor and industry knowledge). When you’ve put in a lot of hard-work as a developer on a great project and received the best performance award but compensation has been same since Day 1…and have completed 2 years in the company. Furthermore no signs of compensation going up…Is it the best time to leave or stay? Additionally too many management changes have taken place that everything feels out of place.
