1. Epam with 21 LPA all fixed
2. Deloitte is giving 18.4 LPA fixed with 75k JB(AI and Data Consultant role)

I have asked Deloitte to match Epam but HR said it’s max 18.4, will they agree if I ask again.
Also any chance of asking relocation fund ?

I want job security so shall I go with Epam or Deloitte.
But settling for less, having a greater offer is also not digestible
My LWD is 22 August 2025 is also not too far

I went for 3 interviews with a company met with vp and was given package thinking I aced interview there was another candidate 😞 the other person for the job. The VP calls me to tell me I didn’t get position however he wants me to re apply in new year that something else will be open, and that he wanted to keep a copy of my resume what does this mean ? Should I apply again in new year or don’t bother ?

I received an offer from big 4 with 60% hike. My managers wants to retain and I asked them to match if you want me to be retained.
Now I got a call from GPM yesterday. He used harsh words like "being greedy" "selfish" etc and offered me 30% in the end.
I politely declined but he asked me to reconsider as he said "it would be unfair for the org for you to leave so soon."

Let me know a proper response.

Also what do you think of this behavior by GPM?

I have been working with Kantar (a market research company) for 10 months now. The company has given me permanent work from home. Work is quite good and I am able to learn many things here. Also, my manager is very supportive and patient.
