Hello, for anyone that went to the Philadelphia College of Pharmacy I'm sure you know that St. Joe's bought the university out a couple years ago. Now they are looking to sell the original campus. To me this seems like a good move financial on their behalf, but is a blatant disregard for the history of the campus with all its history as a pharmacy school not only in Philly but the U.S. If you know anything about this topic, what's your take on it?

I am leaving retail pharmacy after 15 years. I am opening a 403b pharmacy for a FQHC. I don't believe that retail pharmacy will be able to sustain itself with patient costs skyrocketing. I think people will become enraged or indifferent enough to allow the federal government to take over healthcare. How many times do we see people getting free prescriptions via government coverage that drive better cars than we do?

What's the biggest health myth you've heard that you'd like to bust? Mine is that supplements are always a healthier option than prescription or OTC meds. A lot of the supplements on the shelf contain all types of unnatural ingredients and can still be harmful depending on the dosage.

I work in a state where abortion was previously banned and is now still pretty heavily restricted. Lately I've heard a lot of really negative and hurtful comments about patients who are picking up contraceptives, and about people who are pro-choice. I don't usually bring my political views to work, and now I feel like I honestly can't say anything without making work really uncomfortable for myself (I'm pro-choice). What should I do?

Am I the only one that feels like we should have our student loans forgiven? (And I used to be adamantly opposed to ANY student loan forgiveness)
Our salaries continue to DECREASE as cost of living increases (not just “no raises”…decrease!…I realize I’m preaching to the choir haha). I can barely (and by “barely” I mean “can’t” TBH) make bills, pay for kids activities, etc (also a single mom of 3, for more context) LET ALONE pay my loans…
