What would be the life science career track with the highest comp and fastest progression for someone without a technical stem degree but with a M7 MBA and transaction/deals consulting experience? Am I right to assume it would be MBB?

Does anyone know specifically comp numbers at AbbVie for grade 20-21 in a commercial role? I'm having trouble understanding specifically what comp would be at the level they are considering me for. Have you thought about why PM interview experience is totally different than the actual PM job ? PM interview goes typically with current domain, design xyz for abc, guesstimate; whereas in actual job you have ‘n’ no. of constraints to build, leadership priority , sufficient time to think etc. What are your thoughts?

Has anyone else worked two programming roles at one time?

I got an offer from Infosys. My manager says they will retain me by providing the same offer what I got in Infosys, i have put my resignation and my manager is calling me on weekly basis and saying that he is talking with senior leadership. I am getting mails to report to office.
My base location does not have a hot seat.

Should this not be the focus from HR side to get a seat allocated rather than pushing employees to report to a random office that have a seat.?

And On top of that we have to take care of our own commute even when we are in shifts.

Is there anything not masculine about pop sockets? I love them since I don’t like cases and it helps grip the phone on the train and jogging. Plus I love using it as a stand. However, I don’t really see other guys using them.

I recently joined a small-sized product based company.I have not been able to get along with my manager. He does not give me full information on assigned tasks and expects me to follow his order to the letter like in a military. When I ask him doubts he either scolds me or laughs at me like I am dumb. I am currently into the SAP Security domain and I absolutely do not have any interest in it. I am planning to shift to development and have started on some courses on my own.

My question is, is there any future prospects in SAP UI5 and Fiori? Since my background is in SAP, I assume it will make a domain switch easier.

Or should I move into the JS-React path since there seems to be a lot of demand? But my worry is about my lack of actual work experience
