Now they only offer the same salary CTC which I am getting in my present company but they re offering same amount of stocks which i can vest quarterly so its like 100 percent hike but not sure this stock thing will be guaranteed from next 4 years so should i accept the offer or ask for more amount in CTC??

Do not join; they fire every quarter, so RSU are not real money because you will not be employed with VMware for four years, and it is difficult to survive even one quarter.
Firing every quarter is now the norm in VMware.
I heard that there is no / minimum layoffs expected. Are you joining Omnissa or Broadcom ?
