My LWD with TCS is 10 June, I currently hold a offer of Cognizant of 18.3LPA and promise to send me at Onsite within 6 months, apart from this I have offer from TalentCafeSolution- Client JC Penny(26.85 Fixed), Infocepts (26.5LPA, 5% variable), Nice Software Solutions(25.98LPA,10% variable) , ACS Solutions(26LPA,5%), Allianz(25LPA). I was offered RSUs for the first time as part of my compensation. I think I understand the concept as such but there are a few intricacies I was looking to clarify. Could anyone let me know if my grant date is 9th nov, 2022 and vesting period is 1 year, will I get RSUs allotted at the price of stock on grant date or vest date (in this case 9th nov, 2023)? The same thing happened for me in 2018, Initially I gave Interview for infy got offer from them after that I joined in TCS.
